KRYSTAL DEANS delivers to Australia and New Zealand, via Australia Post. The below fees as well as all pricing on this website are in AUD (Australian dollars).

Fees : within Australia - $10.00 (standard via AusPost) $15.00 (express via AusPost), New Zealand - $20.00 (standard via AusPost) $30.00 (express via AusPost).

Dispatch times : Items listed as 'Ready To Ship' will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, 'Pre Order' items will be shipped at the listed date and items listed as 'Made To Order' items will be dispatched within 4 weeks. If you purchase a 'Ready To Ship' and a 'Made To Order' or 'Pre Order' item in the same order they will be dispatched together when the Made To Order/Pre order item/s are ready. If you want to receive your 'Ready To Ship' item earlier you will have to make a separate purchase, and we will refund your shipping on your second order.

Import Taxes & Duties : Our postage fees do not cover any import taxes that may apply at the country of destination. Any additional import taxes / fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please research before purchasing if you are shopping from a country other than Australia as your item will be held by customs if fees are not paid and as a small brand we cannot cover these for you :(
