RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our returns & exchanges policies are a bit different to your average business, please read carefully through the below information before making your purchase. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES : are accepted and processed with store credit as your exchange. If you have ordered the wrong size, or your item doesn't look as cute as you thought it would get in touch via email within 1 week of receiving your order, and ensure your returns are sent back to us within 5 business days → We will then provide you with an address to send your item back to, please note this will be at your own expense → After we have received your item and ensured it is still in perfect condition we will issue you a credit note (valid one year) for the total value of your original order, including the shipping fee.

REFUNDS : are only accepted if an item is deemed faulty. In this unlikely case you will need to get in touch via email within 1 week of receiving your order to process your return → We will then provide you with a prepaid postage slip for you to print and attach to your parcel (please reuse the original packaging where possible) → After we have received your items we will provide you with a full refund (inclusive of shipping). 

CUSTOMISED ITEMS :  Please note any garments that have been customised have a strict [ NO ] return or exchange policy (unless faulty), please take this into consideration when you are taking your measurements at home and get in touch if you need assistance. 

 

 

 If ordering off this website you agree to the above terms and conditions, as a small brand we can't offer free returns, we apologise for any inconvenience.    

→ The responsibility of returned items lie with the customer until received by us. 

→ International orders may incur customs or an import duty fee. These charges arise upon delivery of your parcel. These charges vary greatly depending on the country you are ordering from and cannot be predicted. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If for any reason a shipment is returned due to the purchaser refusing to clear the customs fee, Krystal Deans reserves the right to deduct the original and/or the return shipping fee from the full refund.
